In an effort to further explore the galaxy, the United States is hours away from launching a manned mission to Venus. But when a Chinese plot to destroy the Earth is uncovered, the U.S. teams up with the Soviet Union to replace members of its all-male crew with women. Now, it’s up to the crew of Project Astra to keep the human race alive and thriving.

When their father dies, three greedy sisters and their husbands reunite to hear the reading of the will. His fortune is theirs . . . assuming, of course, they’re able to survive a full week at the family mansion. One by one, the unsavory characters find themselves the targets of an unknown killer who has plans of his own for the family fortune.

Directed by Andy Milligan this is a remake of his own film THE GHASTLY ONES. Fans of one or the other often argue mightily over which is better - personally I don't see the argument as they both have some good parts wrapped in a mostly bad B-movie package.

In The Devil's Wedding Night (a.k.a. Full Moon of the Virgins), scholarly Karl Schiller believes he's found Wagner's Ring of the Nibelungen, which holds great power. It's at Castle Dracula. His twin, Franz, a gambler, asks if vampires frighten Karl; Karl shows him an Egyptian amulet, which may protect him. Franz takes the amulet and sets out ahead of his brother, arriving at the castle first. There he finds a countess (played by Rosalba Neri - billed as Sara Bay) who invites him to dine.



Later that night, Karl arrives. Coincidentally, it's the Night of the Virgin Moon, a night that falls every fifty years and draws five virgins from the surrounding village to the castle not be heard from again. Can Karl protect his brother, find the ring, and rescue any of the women?

Arch Hall Jr. + Marilyn Manning + Richard Kiel + Prehistoric Giant + Dune Buggies = One of the most brilliantly bad movies of all time!

A lot of B movies fall into the so bad they are good category if you are into such stuff but this movie is so bad its glorious - we are talking on the same level as an Ed. Wood film or such - everything about it from the acting to the dialog to the fake fight scenes screams B movie schlock but in a uniquely amusing way. A must see!
