H-Minus 29 - The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (1958)

This is the classic animated Sleepy Hollow that everyone knows and loves so it really needs no further description, but just in case I got two words for ya.... Bing Crosby.

'nuff said.

H-Minus 30 and counting... The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (1980)

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (1980)

The 1980 made for TV adaptation of Washington Irving's classic ghost story, with Jeff Goldblum as nerdish Ichabod Crane, Dick Butkus an appropriately nasty Brom Bones, and Meg Foster as the spirited Katrina van Tassel.

Where has Azathoth been?

Still lurking around in the dark places of the cosmos, never fear ;)

Seriously tho... I dropped off the earth for way longer than I intended to after I got fed up with my computer after a seemingly endless string of hardware failures and tons of lost data. I kind of said screw it, shoved my paperweight of a pc into the corner and went merrily off into the void. But Halloween time is upon us and I couldn't stay away my fiends.

Soooo... I didn't get around to preparing anything for this year and I haven't recovered much of my lost STUFF, but I will still be attempting to join in the fun of the great Halloween blogathon this year with some kind of posts or other, might not manage to get a post a day in all month this time tho but I'll try. As with last year check both here and in the Outer Plateau for posts.

I'm looking forward to seeing what those who actually managed to prepare proper goodies post this year and I hope some of the old gang manage to come around and say BOO even though I doubt my own contributions will be worthy this time around.
